The Canadian Football regular season started last July 1st and we have now some interesting results to comment. There are some teams that are leading the board with some good results and we can clearly see that Edmonton is making a nightmare of game to every single opponent.

The British Open is one of the oldest tournaments from the Major events that are played during the entire year. The tournament is usually held in any of the most prestigious gold centers of the United Kingdom and is directed by The Royal and Ancient Golf Club of Saint Andrews. The NFL awarded the 2010 Super Bowl (Super Bowl XLIV) to Miami. It is the 10th time in which this city will host such a huge event. The city hosted the Super Bowl also back in 2007. This week the Tour of France is coming up with some interesting stages to watch. Until now the development of the tour is pointing that Mark Cavendish is the one that is showing the best performance, but it is too early to consider him the overall favorite to win the entire competition. The venue will be the Mandalay Bay Events Center and besides the amazing place in which the fights will be hosted, the most attractive thing is the tremendous fight that will be taking place between Brock Lesnar and Frank Mir.

Mark Cavendish was the winner of the stage from Monaco to Brignoles this last Sunday July 5th. Cavendish is getting popular for getting the second place in the opening individual time trial the first day of competition. Lance Armstrong, on the other hand, is not getting the first place in the stages, but he still confident that he will win this edition of the tour of France.

This Sunday July 5th 2009, we will have on TV a really interesting game taking place between the Tampa Bay Devil Rays against the Texas Rangers. Jeff Niemann is going to open the game for the Tampa Bay and Scott Feldman is going to do it for the Rangers. The game will be taking place at the Rangers Ballpark in Arlington Texas and is going to be televised on ESPN. The game will be starting at 8:05 PM ET.
