The USA Cyclist, Lance Armstrong, which is a seven time champion of the “Tour de France” just confirmed this Tuesday his intention to win the competition once again. He also added that he will help his partners, but that the option is available for him. The Tour de France is starting this Saturday July the 4th and it will be televised.
