Sun Bowl brings two past Champions back and one will leave with a perfect mark

This year’s Hyundai Sun Bowl brings to you a team from the ACC and a team from the PAC-12 and for both of these teams it will be a repeat appearance in this great Bowl. Both are past champions, that can only lead to one thing and that is one will leave with a perfect mark and the other will suffer it`s first loss in this Bowl.

The two lucky team`s this year are the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets who finished 8-4 for the season and 5-3 in ACC play they will be facing off against the Utah Utes who went 7-5 for the season and 4-5 in Pac-12 play. For both teams this will be their second time back to the Sun Bowl, it was the Utah Utes that first played this event in 1939 and on that occasion they were victorious with a score of 26-0 against New Mexico. It was in 1970 that the Yellow Jackets played and they beat the Texas Tech Red Raiders with a score of 17-9.

This year should be a whole lot different considering that Georgia Tech was considered one of the most explosive offenses in the Nation, but something in the start of the season stopping clicking and they were not longer just scoring and scoring on opponents. Though this bowl game the total is fifty and half points I think that total is a little too low because both teams can straight up score and the team that is favorite is Georgia Tech by two and a half points I would recommend staying away from that unless you throw it in a teaser with some other plays.

The game will be played at 2pm Eastern Time and will be aired on CBS and the game is being played at the Sun Bowl Stadium which is located in El Paso, Texas and is the home of the Texas El Paso Miners. I for one know that I am really looking forward to watch the game because I don`t see how these two teams don`t go over that total and they should do so with ease.
