Last year’s #1 seed in the AFC the 0-4 Tennessee Titans are having a hard time getting a win, and making lot’s of mistakes, in the other hand the undefeated 4-0 Indianapolis Colts are having everything going their way, they will meet Sunday night, one, to see if they can get a win. The other, to see if they can stay undefeated.
Peyton Manning has just had one of his best outing this past Sunday, he was 31 of 41 for 353, top in the NFL this week, and the first time in his career that he has 4 consecutive games of+300 yard’s. Manning led the Colts to touchdowns on four of their first five drives Sunday, tied league marks established by Fran Tarkenton and Dan Marino and extended Indianapolis’ regular-season winning streak to 13 with a 34-17 victory over Seattle. Manning is in his 12th season and he is still getting better, and breaking record’s, they are coming to Tennessee to prove that its not a fluck, that they are for real.
While Tennessee is having everything go sour for them, the last game, they were forced four punts and three turnovers in Tennessee’s first eight possessions. The Titans are 0-4 for the first time since 2006, when they started 0-5. Collins completed 29 of 48 passes for 284 yards, with a touchdown and two interceptions. Kerry Collins threw for 284 yards and passed Dave Krieg for 12th place on the NFL’s all-time list, but he also had two INTs for the second straight game. Nothing seems to go right for them right now,Tennessee, which has as many losses (four) as it had all of last season, looks to be headed in the wrong direction. It’s quite a turnaround for a franchise that started 10-0 in 2008 and earned home-field advantage throughout the AFC playoffs.
I sure hate to see a lop sided game, but this game has the picture of one, in the expense of Tennessee. How many record’s is Manning going to break, sad to say it, but it doesn’t look good for the Titans at least for another week.
