Minnesota Vikings{6-1} Has to go to Green Bay Packers{4-2} after a game were, Favre allowed the Steelers to turn back Minnesota’s repeated comeback attempts, after having two turnover that resulted in scores for Pittsburgh,in a game to stay undefeated, while in the other hand Green Bay had an easy win, over Cleveland, Rodgers threw three touchdown passes, Ryan Grant rushed for 148 yards and the Packers warmed up for Brett Favre’s first visit back to Lambeau Field next week with a 31-3 laugher Sunday over the Browns.
The Vikings couldn’t gain a half-yard when it might have turned the game, then watched the Steelers’ big-play defense end their unbeaten season with two long touchdown returns in the final 6½ minutes.
Vikings QB Brett Favre was a much better passer than Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger in the second half in all but one category — turnovers. He threw 34 of 51 for 334Yards 0 TD’s and 1 INT and 1 fumble that resulted in point’s for the Steelers.
Green Bay and Aaron Rodgers are now focused on the rematch, and surely enjoyed the easy win over the pathetic Browns. Rodgers finished with 15 of 20 for 246Yard’s and 3TD’s with no INT’s, Cleveland was outclassed, they were dominated by the Packers, who outgained them 460-139 and seemed to know their every move.
A classic Monsters of the Mid-West match-up, in this game the win will go the way of Green Bay, this will be a game to show the rest of the league that they are for real, and that not only Favre can get them a big win. Aaron Rodgers steps out from behind the shadow of a living legend.
