In my personal opinion I think that it is kind of difficult to predict who is best pick. On one side, we have a pitcher that has more experience but a bad winning record. Stauffer is 3-6 and he has 3 years of experience. His WHIP is 1.41 while the WHIP of Kuroda is 1.15 and the record is 5-5. I think that Kuroda is the safer pick.
